Shows how high the eagle can fly and its closeness to the creator.  The strength of the eagle comes from the father sun and the brilliant colours of the eagle depict its strength.  The blue background shows how clear and clean the sky is where the eagle lives.  The purity of air keeps the eagle there and if it is dirty the eagle will leave that place and where the eagle goes so do our prayers as there would be no messenger left to carry our prayers to the creator.
