HOW DOES
IT WORK?
- Classes are semestered.
You take some classes in September and others in February.
- In the morning, you
sign on to your computer and download your lessons for all classes.
- You go offline, and
do your assignments. This may involve:
- working on your
own
- working in small
groups with others in your classroom;
- working in small
groups via computer;
- searching on
the INTERNET.
- Before the end of
the day, you will upload what you have done during the day. You
will add comments to the online class discussion.
- The next morning,
you download what other students have written, as well as your
new work for the day. You can reply to what the other students
and teachers have said when you upload your work in the afternoon.
And so it goes.
For some classes,
you will have a text (like a Math text, or English novel or short
stories.) For other classes, you will do lots of searching on the
INTERNET for the materials that you use.
